But after the visit to great Grandpa Ray's, we discovered Isabelle is not yet ready to skip naps. I can't believe she fell asleep reading a book!

Visiting Great Grandpa

A couple of weeks ago we visited Mike's grandpa. The girls had a pretty good time, because his assisted living apartment had a long hallway to run down, and a nice visiting area with a fireplace.

Easter dresses

Here they are in their Easter dresses. - I'll probably keep dressing them in matching outfits on special occasions until they won't let me anymore. :)

Coloring Easter eggs

We decorated Easter eggs for the first time this year. They were much more impressed with it than I thought they would be. And a bonus - Olivia LOVES hard-boiled eggs for breakfast! She eats one every day now! (For those os you who know our feeding struggles, this is a huge accomplishment.) Isabelle is not as fond of eating them, but had fun with the decorating.

Until she got her new chair, Olivia's favorite painting spot was in the high chair with the tray in it, facing the window. We think this was for inspiration. :)

Bath time fun

Isabelle just couldn't wait for bathtime fun to begin. In the 30 seconds that Mike turned his back to do something, she jumped right in, clothes and all!

Ahhh ... summer!

The one nice day we've had this spring was so much fun for us! We spent the entire day outside. Olivia is getting really good at riding her bike!
